The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the Winter Paralympics have just ended, and all Chinese people have felt the charm and passion of sports! In response to the country’s call for national fitness and getting rid of sub-health, our company decided to provide indoor fitness facilities for everyone in the park.

At first, the company considered factors such as employees’ travel safety and the surrounding environment, especially if female employees wanted to exercise at night or in the morning, such as running, they needed to run around the main road of the entire industrial park. The environment does have certain security risks. After consultation with the senior leaders of the company, everyone unanimously passed the resolution to build indoor fitness facilities to ensure the safety and health of employees.

The company’s gym is divided into aerobic exercise areas, muscle training areas, etc. There is also a small shop next to it, and there are chess and card rooms and billiards for rest and entertainment. As much as possible, we have enriched the entertainment projects for employees’ rest time, providing a relaxed and pleasant rest environment for everyone, and at the same time, it can also strengthen the communication and friendship between employees and enhance the team cohesion of our company.

Our company has been making unremitting efforts to enhance the sense of social responsibility, strengthen the sense of belonging and happiness index of employees, and will continue to explore new ways to this end, and work hard for employees to have a better life!
