Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. recently issued an announcement that the company intends to promote the corporatization of its Internet Innovation Division. Fudan Microelectronics will invest 20.4267 million yuan with assets. Fuwei Xunjie Employee Venture Partnership (Limited Partnership) (to be established, funded by employees of the company's Internet Innovation Division), related party Haojun Venture Capital, and other natural person shareholders contributed 29.5733 million yuan in cash to jointly fund the establishment of "Shanghai Fuwei Xunjie Technology Co., Ltd." Limited” (tentative name).

It is reported that the company's Internet Innovation Division is the business department responsible for Fudan Microelectronics in NFC framework, test environment, NFC mobile phone, NFC application platform, SaaS service and user operation.
