On Wednesday, November 3, all employees of our international business department went to the factory for training, and talked with
the heads of the production department and the heads of the order department about the current problems from the order to the
production process, quality assurance and after-sales. In-depth exchanges and discussions were conducted, and related problems and
solutions were recorded.

The heads of the production department and the order department and the members of the international business department discussed
issues related to placing orders, placing order layouts, special editions and fast printing, printing technology, suitable color systems, chips
and other aspects.
After the seminar, we were led by the person in charge of the factory’s production department. A group of people went to the production
workshop to learn new production equipment knowledge, and conducted on-site discussions on the problems raised during the meeting.
After that, we proposed solutions and formulated rules for Check it out in time.
Seven working days after the seminar, we conducted an exam on the problems and solutions raised during the meeting for the employees of
the International Business Department, so that the business staff can be more familiar with these processes, and improve the efficiency of
communication with customers, and at the same time It can improve the production efficiency of the factory and reduce the unqualified rate
and scrap rate.
